Travel has always been my passion. There is nothing I enjoy more than experiencing other cultures and I have wanted to live abroad again for some time. Now that I am getting the chance to live and teach in the Caribbean for a year, I am extremely excited. However, I am also sad to be leaving friends and family for an extended period of time. I started this blog so all could be with me during my travels, share my experiences, and make sure I’m not dead.
hey candice. I was really happy to come across your blog. I actually read some of your posts and they’re really interesting. I looked for your contact info on your site, but couldn’t find it, so i just write through a comment.
Can you help me? I actually want to come to live in Guadeloupe, but I know about the hassles you mentioned with getting your residence and work documents in order. Can you provide specific names and contact info for a person or department that assisted you? For some reason I really cannot find specific info on the internet. Everything is just too general. That’s why I was so happy when I found your blog.
I hope you can respond soon. It would mean soo much to me.
Oh, by the way, I’m on Saint Martin (on of the overseas territories of France) and we felt the quake too yesterday. Scary, wasn’t it?
